30-Day Return & Exchange
It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate. Please send us a photo of the item, along with your original prescription and order number via e-mail at support@stylool.com. The customer service team will review each case individually and email you back within 48 hours. We may require further information so as to choose the best course of action. Our aim is to provide the best solution for you as quickly as possible.
Within 30 naturals days of being received, your online purchase can be returned to us for a full refund or a one-time replacement at no additional charge where the return is required due to our error. For instance:
-If we sent you the incorrect item (including errors with frames, lenses or accessories) compared with your order
-If the item arrives damaged or it is found defective in material and workmanship
We have high standards on fulfilling your order, and take care to prevent any damage during transit. However, it is possible that problems may arise. As part of our customer objectives, we will do our upmost to resolve your query with speed, ease and with absolute minimal inconvenience.
Notice: This Refund & Replacement Policy doesn’t cover damage and/or return requests caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.
If you have received non-customized goods (frames sold separately, accessories, etc.) with undesired style, you may also contact us to return the item within 30 days of being received. They shall be returned with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached, which will have no adverse effect on secondary sales. We are more than happy to provide a one-time-use gift voucher for the amount equivalent to the price you paid after receiving the returned item. Please kindly notice that in the above case, the additional shipping costs and/or product price difference will need to be covered by you. Considering the unique nature of the product, prescription glasses are customized items that cannot be returned due to non-quality issues.
Notes on Return
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.
All items are inspected on return. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund.
We will not refund delivery costs to return any item due to reported damage or fault where no error was found in the inspecting process.
We don't accept returns after the relevant return period above.
For all reasonable requests, We aim to refund you by way of the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
6-month Warranty
Stylool takes all comments regarding the quality of our products seriously. We offers a 6-month warranty (after receiving the products) covering any possible defects in material and workmanship. Please contact the customer service team via e-mail at support@stylool.com. Within 6 months of receipt, you are eligible for a one-time replacement as long as the issue is confirmed.
